The other night, I set out with a fellow photographer to take some night pictures in St. Paul. Even though it was raining most of the evening, I was able to snap this sharp image of the cathedral near downtown.Post processing has been done with a technique called HDR (high dynamic range). It includes: -3EV, 0EV, and +3EV exposures.
